Darrell Chase/President

In 2003 Darrell, along with his wife Tina, founded Appalachian Real Estate, LLC.  In talking with his customers, Darrell saw the need to start a construction company that focused on getting the job done right the first time while providing total customer satisfaction.  With this in mind, Appalachian Construction, LLC was founded in 2006.  Prior to Appalachian Construction, LLC, Darrell had over fifteen years experience in the building and remodeling industry.  Along with is experience and knowledge of the industry, Darrell has surrounded himself with the best possible people that share his philosophy of always providing his customers with Honesty, Integrity and Dependability.

Herbert K. Foust/Vice President

Herb has worked as a sales representative in several different industries since the late 1980’s.  Most of his career has been in the transportation industry working for class eight truck dealers, refrigeration companies and a world leader in semi-trailers.  He has consistently been among the top producers at these various companies.  He has always lived by one simple motto: “Put the Customer First”.  Herb believes if you “Put the Customer First” and truly take care of their needs, the company will prosper as a result.

Art Lundquist/Project Manager

Art brings twenty plus years of experience in new construction, sales, business management and customer service.  He is truly committed to providing the customer with an experience they will not soon forget.  Art believes his role is to Simplify the decision making for his customers while ensuring Superior Workmanship and Customer Satisfaction.  Art’s looking forward to going to work for you.
